Andy is a technical leader bringing 30+ years’ experience in Cyber Security and Infrastructure solutions to his role as the UKI Technical Sales Manager for Security Software with IBM. He benefits from first-hand experience and insight of customer challenges, having spent half his career on the customer side in leading roles in enterprise organisations (BP and British Gas) and half on the provider side (EMC, KPMG, HP, HPE, NCC and IBM) covering all aspects of software, hardware, services and consulting.
Mike Potter, Partner Technical Specialist - Partner, IBM Storage
Mike Potter is a Partner Technical Specialist with IBM Storage brand since joining IBM in 2022. Mike supports several key business partners to develop new solutions and deliver technical expertise. Engaging into the IBM Ecosystem covering topics such as AI, Hybrid Cloud and Data Resilience. He also enables partners and clients to understand requirements, propose effective solutions, and provide exceptional service. Mike has deep knowledge of IBM Storage and IBM Technology solutions building a value-based approach to tasks, activity, and team support. Previously before joining IBM, Mike worked in a wide variety of technical roles over 19 years within the UK channel. Mike was previously an IBM Champion for his advocacy and leadership.
