National Eastern Tech-Transfer Center (NETC)

National Eastern Tech-transfer Center (NETC) is a state-level regional technology transfer platform of China, jointly promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, guided by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality and coordinated by the Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center. NETC is committed to providing technology trading, technology finance and industrial incubation services, opening up the channel for the transformation of sci-tech achievements among universities, research institutions and enterprises, building a fourth-party platform for internationalization, marketization, capitalization and specialization, building an ecological system for the technology transfer and innovation, and helping Shanghai to build a “sci-tech innovation center with global influence".
